Talladega, AL, June 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Singer/songwriter/author Cabot Barden will be at the Ernest Tubbs Record shop on Broadway in Nashville, Tn from 2 to 4 pm on June the 9th for a book signing of his newest book "Mixed Blessings." His newest book picks up where his first book, "It's The Bass Player" left off, with the life of Toby Martin. A young man who writes songs and plays in a band that has a shot at the "big time." Toby discovers that life is not all fun and games like it was when he was a teen. His life takes on a new direction when he decides to get serious about settling down with his girlfriend Nancy. He notices that his priorities change. He and Nancy go though some bumps in the road on the way to the altar. Even after they tie the knot, life is still not as smooth sailing for them or their best friends. Toby and his best friend Corey both lose someone close to them and realize the fagility of life itself.
